Refund Policy

The manufacturer makes every effort to ensure that its products are manufactured without any defect.
However, in the rare event of defects due to faulty workmanship or materials, we guarantee to repair or replace the product, or any part thereof, free of charge. The guarantee is granted to the original purchaser only and is valid for one year from the date of purchase. This guarantee does not apply if the
product is altered, repaired, or otherwise tampered with by unauthorised persons and/or is used other than in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and/or is subject to other than reasonable use of a product of its nature. This guarantee in no way affects your rights under statutory law.

You are entitled to a replacement or a refund for any major failure and for compensation for any other
reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

 

Please retain your receipt as proof of purchase.
